Conditions of Sale:
All books, whether new or old, are in good to excellent condition unless otherwise noted. All books are paperbound unless otherwise noted. Books are subject to price changes. If prepaying, refunds will be made for items already sold Return with prior approval within 3 days of receipt. Sale items not returnable. No refunds on shipping and handling.

Books purchased by credit card may be returned for either store credit, a check refund less a 5% fee, or a charge card credit less an 8% fee. We regret that we are not able to send books on approval. Shipping and Handling:

US/Canadian parcels are sent UPS unless otherwise requested.

Payment:

Full payment in advance or institutional purchase order is required unless an account has been established. Payment only in US dollars payable through a US bank without bank fees. MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discover payments require credit card number and expiration date. NYC residents add 8.25% tax on entire order including freight. Other NYS residents add appropriate tax. OAN cannot be accountable for cash sent through the mail. We advise against this method of payment.
